Went skiing at Gourette in the Pyrenees today with friends. It was the first time I’ve been skiing in a long time – maybe 7 or 8 years. The feel of it came back pretty quickly, however. I was far from elegant, but we had a great time.

Ha! ha! Of course I’m just joking. That’s only what it looked like for, say, 90% of the day. Depending on where you were on the mountain, it was either foggy, snowing/sleeting, or foggy and snowing/sleeting. This is what it looked like for the remaining time:
I DO like the picture with the people in the fog–evokes many feelings. Very minimalist.
